Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Angel Moms Collective?
The Angel Moms Collective is a healing community for moms who have lost a child. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether you’re barely surviving or already on a healing journey—this space is for you. You don’t have to be “strong” or have it all together. You just have to show up as you are.
Is this a support group or a business? I just want to know the heart behind it.
The Angel Moms Collective was born from real grief, not a business plan. It was created by a grieving mom, forgrieving moms. Yes, we have structure. Yes, there are programs, trainings, and offerings. But at the heart of all of it is healing, community, and purpose.
I’ve been grieving for years. Is it too late for me to join?
Absolutely not. Grief doesn’t have an expiration date. Whether it’s been a few weeks, a few years, or a few decades—you’re welcome here. There is no “timeline” for healing. There is only the next step.
What if I’m already in therapy? Can I still join?
Yes. This is not a replacement for therapy. Our work is focused on connection, community, and shared healing. Many of our moms are also in therapy and find that this space helps them process in a deeper, more embodied way.
What does it cost to join?
We offer a range of options based on your needs—from free healing circles to deeper group programs and leadership trainings. No mom is turned away for lack of funds.
What happens inside the Grief Healing Circles?
Our Grief Healing Circles are guided, safe spaces where you can share your story, your pain, your truth—without judgment or pressure. We walk through our signature 12 Steps to Healing, created specifically for grieving moms, together. Every voice matters. Every heart is held. You will be seen, heard, and supported.
Do I have to talk or share in the group
No. You can come just as you are. Some moms speak. Some just listen. There’s no pressure to share before you’re ready. Healing begins the moment you enter the space. Your presence is enough.
I don’t feel strong enough for this. What if I fall apart?
Then fall apart. We will hold you.
This space isn’t about strength—it’s about truth. It’s about coming undone without fear of being judged or fixed.
You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be willing. And we’ll walk with you, step by step, from heartbreak to healing.
